Arkansas Grand Canyon View Cabin is completely furnished,
including cooking utensils, table service and flatware. There
are extra linens, towels, bathroom tissue and soap in each bath
and a washer and dryer is also provided should you need to do
any laundry.

Before you leave please clean the kitchen, clean out the
refrigerator, gather all of the trash, and pick up any that may
have been thrown in the yard. Please place it in the containers
provided outside.

Arkansas Grand Canyon View Cabin is a very nice place! We ask that
you respect the property and treat it as you would want others to
treat your own property. Guests agree to indemnify owner for any
damages to the premises (including furnishings and household items)
which result from renter’s occupancy, excluding normal wear and
tear. Guests also agree that if the “House Rules”, signed at
check-in, are not followed and respect for this property is not
taken, applicable detailed cleaning/maintenance and compensation for
any damages will be charged to their credit card. |
